The base salary range is from $60,000 to $80,000 per year and is commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEO's schedule is prioritized to strategy and goals. Perform calendar analysis to understand how the CEO's time is being utilized and make recommendations based on findings
  • Work closely and effectively with management to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
  • Research, prioritize and follow-up on incoming emails, correspondence, issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate action and response as needed.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow-through on projects to successful completion
  • Provide a bridge for communication between CEO and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain creditability, trust and support with staff
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for CEO including managing the CEO's calendar and email account, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and documents to travel-related purposes
  • Serves as a liaison between leadership teams and oversees special projects.
  • Works closely with internal marketing team to plan and coordinate company events
  • Organize and maintain executive-level files, including highly confidential legal and financial records
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 5-8 years' experience in a professional environment providing clerical, receptionist, or other office support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must have the ability to anticipate upcoming needs and decisions, exercising good judgment if a team member needs to be involved
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills, business and financial acumen, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to utilize various computer systems and software packages
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Extensive knowledge of office support and general office practices and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment to be able to analyze and investigate a variety of questions or problems
  • Professional, positive attitude; responsive and dependable
