Business Analyst

As our Business Analyst, you will be a key player in analyzing operational and project data, identifying process improvements, and delivering actionable insights to enhance efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Your Impact:

• Conduct in-depth interviews with executives to understand data requirements for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in setting up and coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and handling other administrative tasks.
• Work with Snowflake to manage and analyze data (prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory).
• Collaborate with various teams to gather, interpret, and utilize data effectively.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

• Entry level with limited experience is welcome.
• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field is a bonus but not required.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Curiosity and a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to healthily navigate and resolve conflicts.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and comfortable working with data management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
