Contract Administrator
As our Contract Administrator, you will be a key player in managing project contracts from award through completion, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your Impact:
- Organize, maintain, and electronically track all contracts, subcontracts, insurance certificates, bonds, and lien waivers for construction projects assuring through record-keeping and accessibility.
- Coordinate scheduling of internal/external contract reviews and perform the first-line language and insurance compliance check against company standards.
- Process all requests for certificates of insurance and bonds; manage lien waiver paperwork, including the gathering of second-tier waivers tied to pending payments.
- Act as the principal point of contact between operations, legal, and customers to negotiate contractual terms and address contract- and insurance-related inquiries promptly.
- Develop and implement audit standards for contract organization and preparation, support operations and legal teams on special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in the AEC industry
- 5+ years' experience in an administrative level support role

- Proficiency in MS Office Products
- Experience in Viewpoint preferred
