Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and electronically track all contracts, certificates of insurance, bonds, and lien waivers for construction projects.
- Prepare, organize, maintain, and electronically track all subcontracts, certificates of insurance, bonds, and lien waivers for Company subcontractors on construction projects.
- Oversee the coordination and scheduling of contracts submitted for internal and external review.
- Perform first line of review of contract language and insurance terms for compliance with company standards.
- Process requests for certificates of insurance and bonds.
- Work with Customers to manage Company specific contractual terms.
- Develop the audit standards process for contract organization including maintenance of contract files and the contract preparation process.
- Serve as liaison between operations and Customers for contract and insurance-related requests.
- Complete lien waivers and/or affidavits received for pending payments. Gather or request 2nd tier lien waivers to accompany our lien waiver for pending payments.
- Assist operations and legal with special projects.
- Other duties as assigned by employer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in the AEC industry
- 5+ years' experience in an administrative level support role
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Strong knowledge of project contracts and change order documents
- Proficiency in MS Office Products
- Experience in Viewpoint preferred
