Accounts Receivable Specialist

As our Accounts Receivable Specialist you will be a key player in managing project contracts, payment tracking, and financial documentation to ensure accurate and timely revenue collection.

Your Impact:

• Manage contract administration for awarded projects and assist the CFO through final review and completion
• Handle insurance documentation, including requesting and maintaining Certificates of Insurance and related revisions
• Prepare and process Lien Waivers, Affidavits, and gather 2nd tier waivers for pending payments
• Reconcile bank statements, process payment deposits, post corrections, and support audits, write-offs, and notarizations
• Maintain customer records in Viewpoint, follow up on overdue invoices, and ensure Aged Reports and credit notes are up to date
• Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance or Accounting, or related area
• 3+ years' of experience working in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in AEC industry preferred but not required
• Experience working with a union workforce is preferred but not required
