Responsibilities

• Develop a prospecting database through cold and warm calls.
• Identify and establish contact with potential prospects.
• Educate prospects on the value of electrical maintenance, NFPA 70E and 70B services.
• Identify opportunities within prospects and work to prepare and present proposals.
• Develop relationships with existing clients by maintaining communication and alerting them of new products and services that may be of interest.
• Develop a base of energized and de-energized electrical service clients with an emphasis on annual service contracts.
• Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing communication, service, and relationship management; resolve issues that may arise pre/post sale.
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities in electrical service.
• Manage awarded projects including material and labor management to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion.
• Attend weekly sales plan and review meetings with supervisor.
• Attend monthly projection meetings with supervisor to review all open project.
• Other duties as assigned by employer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction or service.
• 1+ year of Business to Business sales experience.
• Experience in energized and de-energized electrical services.
