Safety Director

• As our Safety Director, you will be a key player in helping to maintain a safe jobsite among various projects.

Your Impact:

• Conduct and document jobsite safety inspections; communicate hazards, exposures, and corrective actions to project teams
• Attend safety huddles and coach field staff on safe practices, ensuring effective communication and compliance
• Engage with field workers to assess safety risks, identify improvement opportunities, and evaluate safety competencies
• Support incident response and investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Deliver safety training and orientations for employees in both field and office settings, support continuous safety improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's or associate degree related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years progressive experience in the AEC industry
• OSHA 30-hour certification
