People Team Intern

As our People Team Intern you will be a key player in provide direct support to our HR department. As a Human Resources intern, you will perform various administrative tasks, support our HR department's daily activities, prepare for recruitment needs, and assist in planning employee focused events.

Your Impact:

• Proof and refine job descriptions, organize interviews with shortlisted candidates, and draft offer and rejection communications.
• Research employment law guidelines, develop recruitment materials like job postings, track applications, and assist in onboarding/offboarding processes per regulatory standards.
• Prepare new-employee onboarding packets, help coordinate orientation, email communications, room reservations, and logistical support for events and meetings.
• Handle both paper and digital filing, manage project documents/data via online platforms or hard copy, and ensure data entry accuracy and integrity.
• Attend team and company meetings, support HR staff in company events and training logistics, and perform additional duties and special projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

• Must be a current sophomore or higher year college student pursuing a degree in Business or related field.

• Ability to prioritize work.
• Must work cooperatively with others in a team environment.
• Can speak effectively before employees of an organization.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
