IT Intern

As our IT intern , you will be a key player in a wide array of responsibilities by providing technical support assisting the help desk, deploying new software or hardware for employees and interacting with vendors.

Your Impact:

• Triage incoming calls and support tickets, ensuring timely intake, logging, and resolution per internal SLAs.
• Resolve basic technical issues that include installing, upgrading, and configuring software and hardware for end users.
• Manage end-user security and application access, maintaining appropriate permissions and account settings.
• Handle desktop, mobile device deployments, and user account creations, ensuring equipment is properly configured and operational.
• Provide continuous support and maintain strong user relations, including travel between St. Louis area offices as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

• Must be a high school graduate pursuing ongoing education in Information Technology via certification, technical education, or 2-4 year degree program.

• Must work cooperatively with others in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
