They would be responsible for managing help desk tickets, working them through our processes and procedures and escalating them to the appropriate technical expert if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Help-desk triage of incoming calls/tickets for the Central Region
  • Performs Tier 1 and higher issue resolution for incoming help requests from end users, including installing and upgrading software and installing hardware
  • Performs End User application security access maintenance
  • Ensures continuous customer support and contact with customer
  • Consults with vendors on resolutions to identified issues
  • Deployment tasks: Desktop deployment, user creation, Teams rooms, mobile devices, etc.
  • Working with end-users to ensure features are understood
  • Training new users on software applications
  • Overflow for Western Region help desk
  • Ongoing Training

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years experience in deployment and/or integration of IT solutions.
  • Preferred experience working with business software in a construction environment.
  • Ability to translate business needs into deployable software solutions.
  • Technical or vocational school education.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Customer service - must be able to listen to the needs of the company to best implement features.
  • Willingness to learn new software.
  • A desire to be an expert on a rapid timetable.
  • Ability to explain your findings in a concise, actionable manner.
  • Ability to learn new skills and information sets quickly.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and create consumable documentation and training.
  • O365 Skills.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of the following is ideal but not required: Dell Latitude Laptops, Apple iPhones / iPads, Viewpoint Vista, Viewpoint FieldTime, Bluebeam, Dado, Microsoft Teams; Chat, File Storage, Voice, Video, and Rooms, FreshService.
  • Construction industry experience a plus
  • Humble, Hungry, and Smart
