Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an annual calendar and schedule of marketing campaigns, activities, and events to help with planning and preparation
- Assist with the management of a collaborative proposal process, including coordinating and collating content to support bid strategies
- Manage the company's brand identity and provide consistent quality control and proofreading for brand standards for branch-specific marketing materials
- Update lead and account information in the Salesforce database
- Manage and update all client contact information to be able to send out year-end greeting card, safety calendar, holiday gift, and invitation to client appreciation party
- Evaluate industry activity and qualify potential targets and customers through qualitative research utilizing publicly available information
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines to provide essential competitor and market intelligence insights
- Research, monitor, and analyze market activities to recommend business development strategies
- Assist in the planning of company and industry events such as luncheons, golf tournaments, galas, sport shooting, and others for all branches
- Assist with the development of branch-specific marketing materials (e.g. print, broadcast, and digital) to promote and position company services within the market
- Plan and implement social media and advertising campaigns for specific branch goals
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in administrative support and/or creating marketing, promotional or educational content
- 1 year experience performing market research practices and techniques
- Attention to detail, self-reliant, ability to balance workload, professional & positive attitude!

- Self-starter willing to work in an entrepreneurial, demanding, and fast-paced environment
- Ability to research and clearly document technical information
- Demonstrated clear, concise writing style
- An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy
- Ability and willingness to be a positive, contributing and adaptable member of the team at all times.
- Excellent organizational skills, such as time and project management and prioritizing
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
