The Marketing Assistant is responsible for administratively supporting the overall brand, voice, and identity of Guarantee. This extends to internal partners as well as eternal clients and the community we serve.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure proper functionality of everyday work, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with graphics, writing, and proofreading.
- Assist the marketing team in organizing promotional events that support both external and internal communications initiatives.
- Conduct market research in relation to ongoing or upcoming projects and events.
- Monitor sources of industry-related market information.
- Support additional internal communications initiatives across multiple platforms (newsletters, video/podcast, etc.).
- Assist in the maintenance of online presence, including social media, website, and email.
- Capture and edit content/photography for events, social media initiatives, etc.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Understanding of basic marketing principles
- Working knowledge of business, CRM, digital, video production, and graphic design software
- Organizational skills, multi-tasking
- Attention to detail and quality of work
- Ability to work well with various types of personalities and work styles
- Excellent time management skills
- Proofreading ability
- Passion for participating in professional development and community-focused organizations
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
- One to three years of experience recommended
