Marketing Manager

As our Marketing Manager , you will be a key player in leading strategic marketing initiatives, brand development, and pursuit support to drive business growth.

Your Impact:

• Leads the development and execution of the firm's marketing plan, budget, and brand strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
• Oversees the marketing team, ensures quality control of deliverables, and manages external vendors and consultants.
• Creates thought leadership content across various platforms and maintains internal communications to engage staff and leadership.
• Partners with business units and business development teams on tactical marketing initiatives, pursuit planning, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Tracks marketing metrics, reports progress to leadership, and manages CRM and content management system development.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in AEC industry.
