Responsibilities

• Manages the development and implementation of the firm's marketing plan in partnership with the corporate mission.
• Leads the marketing team and creation of the marketing plan, budget and expenditures.
• Collaborates with Business Unit Leaders to develop tactical marketing programs in coordination with annual planning.
• Develops initiatives, and thought leadership content for collateral, websites, media, print, and video.
• Identifies metrics to track strategic initiatives and marketing success; updates leadership on progress.
• Maintains an internal communications program to facilitate information sharing within the firm; inform and involve Management Team and subject matter experts regarding content creation.
• Manages quality control for all marketing deliverables.
• Manages selection and implementation of marketing vendors and consultants.
• Manages the development and ongoing implementation of the corporate brand.
• Collaborates with business development team to develop and execute pursuit planning activities to win new business and assist in presentation preparation.
• Assists in RFP/RFQ documents: strategic content development and communication (narratives, resumes, project profiles, graphics), proof-read, edit, partner with Marketing Specialist in coordination and scheduling.
• Oversee and assist in the development of CRM and content management systems.
• Maintains corporate memberships in industry and client organizations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in AEC industry.
