Marketing Specialist

The fundamental responsibility of a Partner and Marketing Specialist at Team GECO is to Live Our Guarantees. As part of the Marketing Team, this individual is ultimately responsible for overall brand management and GECO identity. They will work in partnership with each department across Guarantee to ensure internal and external communication aligns with business goals and core values.

All-Star Candidates have Experience:

• Marketing Strategy & Branding - Developing marketing strategies and media to promote and position company services.
• Proposal Development - Work closely with our teams to coordinate requests and project interview deliverables.
• Professional Writing and Content Development - Cultivate the "Voice of Guarantee!"
• Graphic & Video Editing/Design - Coordinate the use of video, photos, and other graphic design elements for publication.
• Digital Marketing - Collaborate with the marketing team to update and manage on our website and intranet.
• Event Management - Assist in the planning of events such as luncheons, conferences, golf tournaments, galas sporting events and company outings!

Vital Experience Needed for Success:

• Proficient in: Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be a collaborator.
• Organizational skills to boot.
• Translate technical construction information into a compelling document.
• Be detail-oriented with an eye for detail.
• Professional and positive attitude that aligns with Our Guarantees.

Highly Desirable Skills but NOT Required:

• Salesforce
• AEC Industry Experience
