Payroll Assistant

As our Payroll Assistant, you will be a key player in Assisting Payroll, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialists with daily responsibilities as needed.

Your Impact:

• Payroll
• Process of certified payroll (weekly)
• Backup on phone system, as required
• Accounts Payable - Process Comdata Credit Card Payments
• Accounts Receivable - Assist with Lien Waivers Collection Calls
• Miscellaneous duties as needed

Who you are:

• Bachelor's or associate degree related field or equivalent experience.
• One to two years related experience and/or training
• equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform all essential job duties satisfactorily
• Possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities as outlined in the job requirements
• Requirements listed are representative of what is needed for successful job performance
• Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accurate data entry skills
• Skilled in using a 10-key adding machine
• Familiarity with Viewpoint software (preferred)
