Preconstruction Coordinator

As our Preconstruction Coordinator you will be a key player in focusing on client results through innovation and experience.

Your Impact:

• Support Preconstruction and Engineering teams with proposals, prequalification's, bids, and serve as the primary administrative contact for the division.
• Prepare RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs by researching internal/external sources, conducting interviews, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Manage and organize electronic files, bid documents, drawings, and specifications for easy access.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to create and edit content such as proposals, bios, case studies, and web copy.
• Maintain customer data in Salesforce, assist with account management, coordinate meetings, and perform general administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's or associate degree related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Administrative, Marketing, and/or Business Development field, preferably preparing proposal/qualification statements ad presentation for the Architectural, Engineering, or Construction industries.
• Demonstrated general knowledge of preconstruction and bidding process.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook
• Preferred proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required
• Attention to detail, self-reliant, ability to balance workload, professional & positive attitude!

• Must have the capability to work under minimal supervision and maintain organization
• Exceptional organizational skills and project/program management skills
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling copy
• Great communication skills, verbal and written, over the phone and interpersonal
• Effective multi-tasking, time management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with the Preconstruction team and other employees.
