The base salary range is from $50,000 to $65,000 per year and is commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for annual discretionary bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the Preconstruction and Engineering teams, specifically with proposal development, prequalification, bid support, and other similar activities. Serve as the central first point of contact for the division and responsible for general administrative support of the respective teams
  • Assist with the preparation of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and Request for Quotes (RFQ). This consists of researching internal and external sources to retrieve information necessary to complete the request. Often research involves 1:1 interviews, searching electronic/hard copy files, and contacting external stakeholders via email/phone
  • Organize electronic files, bid documents, drawings, specifications, etc. for quick and easy retrieval as needed
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other internal parties to write and edit compelling, well-researched externally facing content for the company's marketing efforts. Content includes proposals, biographies, blog posts, white papers, case studies, articles and web copy.
  • Assist with the coordination and management of customer data in Salesforce (CRM). Keep customer contact details up to date, track and run reports on various customer interactions and events and assist with managing various customer accounts
  • Support the prequalification process through researching, retrieving and validating various information and documents. Support the bidding process by preparing various materials that meet the needs of the customer's request
  • Support the Account Facilitator Program by coordination of meetings, schedules, agendas, and materials
  • Prepare Project Manager social media profiles and resumes to demonstrate competency and qualification for key projects
  • Provide occasional general administrative duties (typing, filing, processing mail, answering phones, ordering supplies, and scheduling meetings)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in Administrative, Marketing, and/or Business Development field, preferably preparing proposal/qualification statements ad presentation for the Architectural, Engineering, or Construction industries
  • Demonstrated general knowledge of preconstruction and bidding process
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook
  • Preferred proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required
  • Attention to detail, self-reliant, ability to balance workload, professional & positive attitude!
