Project Administrator
As our Project Administrator, you will be a key player in supporting project teams with documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
Your Impact:
- Organize, file, and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, permits, schedules, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing and tracking submittals, RFIs, and related logs to ensure timely review and distribution.
- Collect field reports, track purchase orders and deliveries, and interface with vendors and subcontractors for material procurement and onboarding.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, support billing processes, and assist with time and material documentation.
- Help compile O&M manuals, review compliance documentation, and support project closeout activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
- Associate's degree in business administration, construction management, or related field, or
- 1-3 years experience working in project administration or a similar role within the construction industry
- Preferred experience working for an electrical construction contractor
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships and work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal or written.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations
- Behavioral Alignment with Our Guarantees.
- Thoroughness in accomplishing multiple tasks at once and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to learn key software applications such as Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, and Accubid.
