Project Coordinator

As our Project Coordinator, you will be a key player in supporting project execution from start to finish by managing documentation, permits, and team communication to ensure seamless coordination and successful delivery.

Your Impact:

• Coordinate and obtain permits, track RFIs, and manage project documentation including field reports, safety logs, and submittals.
• Support project start-up and close-out processes, including specifications review, O&M manuals, and warranty documentation.
• Assist with coordination drawings, quantity take-offs, and ensure timely distribution to project stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to support project goals and communication.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and field teams to ensure alignment, informed decisions, and smooth project execution.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering or related field of study(or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience working in Construction, Engineering and/or Architecture
• Preferred experience working for an electrical construction contractor but not required

• Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, Accubid
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail, self-reliant, ability to balance workload, professional & positive attitude!
