Project Manager Intern

As our Project Manager Intern, you will be a key player in supporting project planning, coordination, and communication to help ensure successful electrical project delivery.

Your Impact:

• Support collaboration between preconstruction and operations teams to ensure seamless project communication and alignment.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to improve purchasing efficiency and reduce orders.
• Help develop workforce plans, standardized work breakdown schedules, and participate in prefabrication and product standardization initiatives.
• Gather and organize bid documents, analyze project requirements, and contribute to proposal preparation.
• Organize project documentation and manage customer data within Salesforce to ensure accurate, accessible information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

• Currently pursuing an Associate's Degree or enrolled in a Technical or Vocational program in construction, business development, or a related field.
• Relevant coursework or experience in the Architectural, Engineering, or Construction field is a plus.
• Basic understanding of value engineering concepts and familiarity with current electrical codes and building standards is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Bluebeam, Viewpoint, or Accubid being advantageous.

• Ability to translate technical information into clear and compelling content.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
