Safety Administrative Assistant

As our Safety Administrative Assistant, you will be a key player in providing broad administrative support for our Safety and Risk operations for both the Central and Western regions.

Your Impact:

• Foster strong relationships with employees and the GECO safety team by showing genuine care for their well-being and success.
• Support Guarantee's safety culture through involvement in core safety systems, training coordination, and internal safety communications.
• Manage safety-related administrative tasks, including insurance claims, injury logs, and OCIP/CCIP enrollments.
• Oversee and maintain the eCompliance system, including access management, reporting, and analytics.
• Assist with fleet safety tasks and project prequalification's, including MVRs, incident input, and telematics systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field. Or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience in AEC industry preferred

• Ability to develop relationships, act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Prioritize time management skills and attention to detail
• Strong organization and writing skills, attention to detail
• Inquisitive in nature, applying discernment with openness to new ideas and process improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new, innovative technology
