Responsibilities

  • Help-desk triage of incoming calls/tickets for the Colorado Region
  • Performs Tier 1 and higher issue resolution for incoming help requests from end users, including installing and upgrading software and installing hardware
  • Performs End User application security access maintenance.
  • Ensures continuous customer support and contact with customer
  • Consults with vendors on resolutions to identified issues
  • Deployment tasks: Desktop deployment, user creation, Teams rooms support, mobile devices, etc.
  • Working with end users to ensure features are understood
  • Training new users on software applications
  • Other duties as assigned by employer

Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT. OR equivalent years of experience.
  • Previous experience in the AEC industry desired, but not required
  • 3+ years IT experience with client, server, and network service delivery
  • 3+ years or experience with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP
  • 3+ years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation

  • O365 Skills, Dell Latitude Laptops, Apple iPhones / iPads, Viewpoint Vista, Viewpoint Field Time, Bluebeam, Dado, Apple certification a plus
  • Microsoft Teams; Chat, File Storage, Voice, Video, and Rooms
  • FreshService ticketing software
  • Humble, Hungry, and Smart
