Technology Support Manager
The fundamental responsibility of a Partner and Technology Support Manager at Team GECO is to Live Our Guarantees. This role will have two primary responsibilities, leading the current service desk team and providing tier 3 support for the service desk and systems administration.

All-Star Candidates have Experience:
- Ensure tickets are addressed in a timely manner and our customers have a great experience interacting with IT
- Help create a process to achieve a Net Promoter Score of 80% in the next 2 years
- Ensure Change management documentation is kept up to date
- Leadership and management of the service desk specialists
- Performs Tier 3 issue resolution from desktop support team
- Performs End User application security access maintenance
- Resolves application software issues within critical systems
- Systems Administration of existing on-premises infrastructure
- Create best practices for service desk users
- Optimize the use of FreshService and become the Freshservice Expert
- Perform analysis of ticket history to identify potential opportunities for end user training or process improvements
- Other duties as assigned by employer
Vital Experience Needed for Success:
- 3+ years' experience leading a team
- 8 years of experience with Windows Servers, Network administration
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to explain your findings in a concise, actionable manner
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to identify, analyze, and create consumable documentation and training
- Experience with various platforms and software: O365, Dell, Apple, Bluebeam, Dado, Fresh Service
Highly Desirable Skills but NOT Required:
- ViewPoint Experience
- FreshDesk Certification for Admin and Agents or the ability to obtain within the first 12 months
- AEC Industry Experience
