Responsibilities:

• Be Actively responsible for self-generating sales activity including Leads and meetings using multiple prospecting strategies.
• Provide service expertise through training and presentations, highlighting quality of service and assurance of a solid business relationship.
• Perform site visits collecting information to create and present custom service solutions for each individual customer's needs.
• Establish strong relationships with customers through various business development techniques with current and potential customers.
• Enter new sales contract details in the appropriate software accurately.
• Manage each job's progress including but not limited to scheduling, labor/workforce, financial progress and job close out.
• Continuous education on the multiple services Guarantee Electrical provides.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 Months' Sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License with the ability to travel withing the local area including customer visits and trade shows.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and basic computer software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent sales experience.
• Formal Sales training or completed Sales apprenticeship.
• Experience in Electrical Services.
